Front Tail Fin Mounting Hole
When you are ready to mount the tail fin to your boom, you will notice that there is no hole for the front screw. You will have to drill this yourself.
You want to do this before putting your tail together.

Line up the tail fin to the boom. Use a 1/16" drill bit and drill through the tail boom using the fin as a guide. Take off the tail fin and gear box. Enlarge the 1/16" hole just a little so the 2 mm screw can fit through snuggly. NOTE. You don't want to drill through both sides of the boom.
