Check out the writeup for setting up the Eclipse 7 with the stock swashplate. The answer is Yes, you can use the Eclipse 7 and 90 degree swashplate with Electronic Mixing. You will need to set up the computer mixing and you will choose the 180 degree setting on the Eclipse 7. Of course, the Eclipse 7 also has a pre-programmed 120 swashplate program already, when you move to an aluminum swashplate.
