When setting up your swashplate, you need 17mm from the top of the frame to the bottom of the swashplate at center stick. I created a wooden jig out of a piece of hard wood to help keep the swash at the proper position. You need to ensure that your 3 servos are all centered and both your control sticks are at mid-point.
